Hi!!!

sooo as I said now I'm hooked into BBC radio shows, right now I'm listening to a drama adaptation of The Hound of the Baskervilles :D

ok, now  for something completely different and to add yet another *I was listening to a podcast* series

this time I was listening to one about how art has been linked to humanity since long ago between other stuff... and how much we value to possess original art *when possible obviously* rather than reproductions, and this is because we feel as if we can connect with the artist mind at some level

this made me think about another podcast about webcomics and there's a guy who sent a question to the show asking how they manage with reader mail and hate mail, if they have some sort of *answer ready to send* or something like that, since he spends so much time answering to his

so the guys were talking about how much they prefer short and sweet mails with something like  *thanks for your hard work, I love your strip* rather than long messages and how they usually ignore the hate mail

but they also were talking about how... weird is when they get messages that are something like *I have been reading your strip for a long time and I'm not satisfied at how things have been going lately, so unless you change this I'm not gonna read it anymore*  "not exactly the words but that's the idea"

and they were saying things along the lines of *who do you think you are to tell me what I can or can't do with my strip?!* but let's put that aside and something that really got me *I didn't know you even existed*

which brought back to my mind yet another podcast hosted by a couple, and I was thinking when they were telling his experience of meeting/interviewing some of the cast of MST3K *if you don't know what that is, google is your friend* and how weird it was at first for them cuz they didn't know how to conduct themselves, specially the woman cuz she said she was there expecting some sort of super friendly almost family welcoming and how she was thinking *c'mon guys, it's us!!* because she's been watching them for so long, that it felt as if those ppl were family

so I was thinking about all that *I know it's too much...* and the strips, because now and then I get some comments from you telling me that the strip of that day made your day better... or how you've been reading those for months and how much you like them

and this is nice and a little strange for me, cuz sometimes that's the only message I get from some of you like, ever

so it makes me feel good and perhaps a little guilty because it's like *wow this girl has been following my silly strips for so long and I didn't know she existed!! oO* and at some level I feel guilty for not knowing that, I know it's impossible to know who's reading, but still...

however, is nice to know that even when you don't say a word, you're still there; laughing with me...

*or at me, but I prefer to think is with me*

so I just want to say:

Still missing JYP performances though.

My right arm is kind of in pain and DYING. I'm not sure if it was because of our new bed (which is kind of awful, idk, it's not as comfy as I though it would be) or just because I've been doing house chores that need my hands and then deciding to draw like a mad woman this afternoon.

I am getting new doll (=_=)b Just paid for MSDoll Dratyon's head. Yep, head only by now, body will be much later, when I'll have bucks for it (and when I'll deside on right body, MSDoll makes only heads, and only body they make is way to broad in shoulders for my liking). I just wanted to order this damn head already and finally stop being worried about it getting sold out or being modificated by msdoll, again. 
So, uh, New comer? I'll name him Neville :)

My winter break is coming to an end soon so the pace of translation will rapidly decrease. Rest assure, I'm still very much in the fandom!

Today we had tiny Aiba!birthday party with my fellow arashi fans friends :) We had very yummy chocolate fondue and swooned at Arashi stuff my sweetheart Nastya brought in japan, as well as Arashi con ticket (can I have arashi con ticket one day, too? Pretty please?). Nastya has such a cuticle room. It's seems every single inch of her walls are covered with posters :0 Arashi room :) I like it, my room is nothing like that, even if I have ridiculus amount of arashi stuff too xD
And, Nastya made Aiba Sagoroku game, because she's just this much adorable. It's impossible not to love her, she's like girl version of Aiba xDDDD



It was very sadistic, but also fun x'D I started lucky, with cake. But then I got panda paiting over face, and then stocking, and then t-shirt (not chikubi shirt, off course, but cutted alright x'D

(it's not christmas in russia, yet, we are ortodox christians, our christmas will be in january, so, uh.)

I have some serious problem over here >:| Parents willing to give me netbook as New Year gift, and I have two candidates: cheap one, and expensive one. And I dont know which one to choose x_x

Cheap one is Samsung go N310 

it's pretty adorable, and nice to touch, and small, and least likely to get dirty (and I am not very tidy user, sooner or later, no matter how caring I am, all my gadgets die dirty, scratched and broken |D oh well). I really like it in mint colour, but seems like Russia is being neglected again and all the pretty colors are not on sale in our area (like blue nintendo ds, and white toshiba nb205, and whatsoever). Design is very nice, you have to see it in reality, it's adorable. AND it'll be pretty easy to pull it out in train (metro), because it's not flashy, and dark, and smooth. 

Expensive one is Sony VAIO VPC-W11S1R/W

This one is SO. BEAUTIFUL. White and silver, far more expensive look, it's just wins in beauty at so many levels. Screen is amazing, too. But it's battery life is much shorter and it's, well, white. So easy to ruin it's clean beauty, I cant help but be scared of such easy-to-mark things. And if I ever pull out such a beauty out of my bag in train, I'll startle bystanders x_x and will get weird looks, you know, and whole lot of them over shoulder. And we have whole lot of freaks in trains, too. 


easier choice is to go with samsung, it's cheap, and nice and won't bait looks from people in train (and I'll mostly use it in train, that's the point!), but I cant help but be disappointed that mint color is not avitable, because dark blue color is so boring :((( And it'll be sad to buy samsung with disappointment, while sony is such a beauty.
I am so confused x'D
